Refund and Returns Policy

We provide Exchange Only (No Refund) on eligible orders.

✔ You can request an Exchange if:
* Received damaged product
* Received defective product
* Received wrong product
* Size issue (1-time exchange allowed)

✘ Not eligible for return/exchange:
* No refund on any order
* Product is used, washed, or without tags
* Customer simply doesn’t like the product

Exchange Window :

* You can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
* If Approved, a Replacement Will be Delivered Within 7-10 Bussiness Days.

Required for Exchange:

* We Have a 3 Days Return policy
* Clear photos of the issue
* Unboxing video (for damage/defect cases)
